One sample copy - This can only be purchased in conjunction with the upload fee to the printer's server.	£10
Library copies - 1 copy must be sent to the British Library and 5 to The copyright Libraries Agency. This is a legal requirement under British Law.	£50, £95
Annual fee - to remain in print and maintain distribution links (Payable annually).	£20
